Dunya Nahin Mardan-e-Jafa Kash Ke Liye Tang

That world is wide enough for those who courage show.

Cheete Ka Jigar Chahye, Shaheen Ka Tajasus
Ji Sakte Hain Be-Roshni-e-Danish-o-Farhang

A man can live without the light of science and art;
But needs hawk’s zeal for quest and tiger’s reckless heart.

Kar Bulbul-o-Taaus Ki Taqleed Se Tauba
Bulbul Faqat Awaz Hai, Taaus Faqat Rang!
