Tera Tan Rooh Se Na-Ashna Hai
Ajab Kya! Aah Teri Na-Rasa Hai

Thy body knows not the secrets of thy heart,
And so thy sighs reach not the heights of heaven;

Tan-e-Be-Rooh Se Bezar Hai Haq
Khuda-e-Zinda, Zindon Ka Khuda Hai

God is disgusted with bodies without souls;
The living God is the God of living souls.
